- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Horrible "customer" service. They claim to care about the animals. Called today to have my horse seen for being lethargic and they - specifically Chris the "Practice Manager" denied services saying that we did not pay on time. They did not present a bill at time of service - so how do I pay an invoice that isn't presented. How can you be a vet and deny an animal services? I am so disgusted and would never recommend this service to anyone. But they were very happy to accept the tips they were given at the time of service.February 13, 2017by alamo mortician
